this guy was arrested for a poor fashion choice but i prefer him to someone that makes no effort at being unique! If he'd lose the hat and polythene bag,.

^ very gorgeous!! Some of the previous looks are downright awful, but some are cute as well!

Love the woman in the yellow. She reminds me of Angie Stone. And the Queen of Buganda is very well-turned-out.

I love that African fashion is being represented on the forum! Well done urban_stylin! I'd love to start a South African fashion thread too...

^^^I'm going to get my camera clicking Urban Stylin! Howver I live in Durban, and I feel that true afro-chic is best represent by our Jozi fashionistas... but of course, I will see what I can do...

Clown me, but I like the woman on the right. I've seen plenty of AfAm women rocking this type of look. I also like the woman on the left, in terms of the colors and having the right body for the look. She does need a bit of lotion, though. :ninja:

a cross section of Kampala's high society at a fashion show...front row of course. The one in purple is a queen and the one at the extreme left in light blue is a princess that acted in sheena queen of the jungle and was the first black model on Harpers Baazar!!

I actually prefer *some* of the bad taste pictures...^_^ more character! I love that red shirt with black tassels and butterfly pants, the "pimp" getup, the black, grey and white furry collar jacketbut not the dress and the green brocade hat.

I need to bump this thread, could a mod help me change it to African street style though?
