Gisele Reneges On “lost Dog” Reward Offer

After reading this, I just need to add Gisele to Model Mom's "who would you like to smack" thread.

She's so  !

What kind of attitude is that? The least she could do is say thanks!!!!!!

...which Bundchen, reportedly on the advice of Paris Hilton, had plastered all over the neighborhood.
Bahaha!

Would police really care about a lost dog though? It seems a bit dramatic.

yeah this seems a bit unrealistic... police taking out people suspected of "dognapping"? even so, its pretty stupid to sue for not getting your reward to find someones missing dog too. i think people on both sides of this argument are in the wrong and stupid.

Anyone seen 101 Dalmatians where dogs liked like their owner?????........

le dog

2004 has been a chequered year for the brazilian supermodel, the ups, the downs.

This is the original poster... looks like the one posted earlier was altered a bit. People really have a lot of time on their hands:rolleyes: . The fact that it's being reported everywhere that the reward was $5,000, and not $2,000 as this poster suggests makes me think that some douche bag is out there stirring up sh*t, leading the media to churn out sensationalized bullsh*t.

Your comments are all so funny people! I wasn't suprised to see Gisele withdraw the rewards, sounds about right, despite the 'no questions asked'. Even more funny was how she was on holiday and got her boyfriend to fly back and fetch her dog for her.

Personally, I think it's just more publicity for a vastly overated model who's time was up a long while ago and who's career is really only defined these days by who she is dating

i'm not so sure how i'd feel about doing that to any of my pets :o
The microchip is tiny...like the size of a grain of rice. It goes in under the skin on their shoulders. The vet actually inserts it with a needle. It is kind of like those weird birth-control implants, but much, much, much smaller, and can be vitally helpful to the identification of your pet if he or she gets out and loses his or her collar and ID tags.

For what it's worth, vets often do the microchipping while your pet is sedated for spay/neuter, so it's not like your pet is even awake and aware when it is done.

^ I have had my dogs chipped right in front of me, and trust me, not even a blink. And it's not like they can't feel pain. One of my dogs once kicked me when I accidentally rolled over on her foot :P  It was hilarious, because she's small enough that her kick didn't come close to hurting me. Same dog never noticed the chip going in. They go thru a needle, so they've gotta be teeny tiny.
