Apologies, but I don't understand why people post a thread without the cover which is why I had not noticed this was in existence.

Aye, I hate that too, which is why my original post had an image of the cover which could be seen by all, except the very long-sighted (tiny cover shots ruin the eyesight, but they're cover shots).
