Unmasked but hiding behind a giant bow.

Better than the US version. I find her the prettiest and the most stylish personality in this new generation of young musicians (though I'm not familiar with her music), but it never translates to shoots and magazine covers.

Way better than the US edition, but it's just another cover that's so indicative of her persona. Overwrought, always trying too hard to be a style icon when she's in fact a fashion icon - there's a difference, the type of look that would be thrashed on anyone else but because it's her it will get the praises. Bored.
Thank God the 'global deal' effort is not what it was a few years agoI'm sure only a quarter of international Elle editions will run these covers, that's if they're still in operation to begin with.

Celebrate what? Being strangled by what looks like a giant pillow?

This magazine is fading away, and I'll be surprised if it's still around in the same format this time next year. The brand name is too valuable to abandon, but little effort is being made to create a print magazine that means anything on the newsstand.

I kind of like it (maybe having the mess of the US cover in mind) but on the other hand it looks like she's being strangled by the bow. A bit uncomfortable to look at.

but this still leaves a lot to be desired
