This cover really deserves to sell. Its beautiful. I hope the other cover is just as good.
According to sources, sales are extremely low on the newstand.

She's a pretty girl but I find her absolutely boring. I have zero interest in reading about her.

I have a subscription to the magazine and when i heard January was on the cover i was dissapointed but to be honest- she looks amazing, lovely,i love the lip colour.

^ I have to agree.....there is something about the newstand cover that just doesn't quite work. Maybe it's the back ground, maybe it's the text, I'm not really sure.

I happened to stumble across a cheap listing for the subscribers cover, on eBay. Just as well, because I don't feel like picking that newsstand cover up. It doesn't compare to the gorgeousness and simplicity of the subscribers. I've never been a one for Marie Claire, unless there's a combo-deal with another magazine. January deserves more magazine appearances than she gets. I find her incredibly attractive, I still admire her British Bazaar cover.

I think its the design/fonts/layouts... they just look tacky.
The subscribors image would make a lovely stunning newstand cover. ITS BEAUTIFUL.
They seem to have lost their way.

I still haven't had my subscription copy through yet, but with some on E-bay, they've clearly been sent out. Haven't had my InStyle yet either. IPC seems to be budging the release dates of their magazines in the past few months. InStyle & Marie Claire both used to drop a good week or more before Vogue/Elle/Harper's.

I don't mind flicking through Marie Claire, it's not the best, but the fashion is slowly improving I think. And for £12 for a year it felt rude not to.
