You can expect more. When I get back to the UK at the end of this month, I will start to scan the one hundred or so magazines I've bought over here.

They include all Marie Claire issues from 1987, 1988 and 1989. As well as some early 90s issues.

Plus about two dozen copies of Elle Japan from 1985 - 1992.

And some 80s Paris Vogue editions I found too.

In the 70ies and 80ies Marie Claire (the original one) was amazing... Real magazine with a strong identity there was also the Marie Claire Bis (the fashion one) and Marie Claire Maison. Paolo Roversi, Peter Lindbergh, Sarah Moon, Sacha, François Lamy were some of the photographers... in the late 80ies and 90ies begin all the others (Italian, english etc)... and it became boring! That's my point of view... It's like the Elle... these mags have lost a lost when they became international! It's like Bazaar... The US one was amazing and now... When you want to seduce everyone...
