Oof, this editorial. While I have absolutely zero interest in speculating or discussing what a woman chooses to do with her face, this Photoshopping is not helping dear Renee beat the allegations.

You'd never assume that was Renée Zellweger in the cover photograph, had it not been for the enlarged "Renée" text. I don't loathe this entirely, but there's elements that could have definitely been better - like the heavy-handed use of Photoshop and the gloomy concept for February. Nevetheless, I'm here for Tonne Goodman styling...

Its like he tried EVERY style of photography....

The Black and white Saint Laurent suit and Fedora is Peter Lindberg
The Polaroids are Paolo Roversi
The Picture with Chiwetel is Annie Leivovitz
The Cover is Mario Testino
The Picture with her head down is David Sims
The white Gucci coat trying to be Steven Meisel.....

So weird?

if only her eyes were opened… HOWEVER the photoshopping is one often worse works I have EVER seen in the history of professional fashion photography. to allow it, is to really label yourself as a complete failure when it comes to being the CD of a major fashion magazine. please resign.

same goes to the photographer.

Considering Vogue's current state, I don't mind this at all. I like the stying, although a bit boring, and the layout. What I really don't like is the excessive photoshop on Renée's face. There's an accompanying video and she looks fantastic in it...wrinkles and all!

She's shown in multiple photoshoots she knows how to work a camera, the issue is the photographer...

One thing that surprises me about Vogue UK, is that when I see it on the newsstand it often looks worse (IMO) than the digital images. Typically, I find a lot of magazines look better in print, especially Vogue US (oddly enough), but Vogue UK looks so dreary and gloomy. Bazaar UK and Elle UK usually look pretty decent in print, but never enough for me to buy them.
