Maybe due to her expression, the angle, or a post-production mishap, but Florence's face is awkward on the cover. I deteste British Vogue's desire to feature multiple fonts too. It's distracting, doesn't give the sense of clear direction, and comes across as downright amateur. This month French Vogue is being emulated.

I'll never get what's so cool about Florence. I love two of her songs, can't seem to like the rest...
Anyway, if that picture in "Be So Bold" is the only one in which Agyness has her mouth open, the ed might be interesting.

Considering that I find Florence to be one of the least photogenic people around lately, this cover is still one of the best I've seen in a while. The colors are simply gorgeous! The editorials are great too.

only two fashion/model eds? sounds like a very thin january issue again....

I know. I'm not sure if I'll renew my subscription this year because (usually) December, March, September and October are pretty decent issues, and the rest of the years they're forgettable. I can't understand it when Britain has such a vibrant art and fashion scene. They need to focus less on stupid 'it' girls... I find it insulting to British journalists that they have 'contributing editors' such as Alexa and Nigella.

I really love the colour scheme of this cover and I'm happy for Florence, especially since she's not a conventional beauty (which is in no way an insult.) I totally get that people think she's phony and irritating but I've loved her since 'the early days' and I'm not going to start hating bow. But even if I wasn't a fan I wouldn't say she's as annoying as Alexa, because at least Flo has a job description that isn't c-list model/DJ/sometime writer. Ahem

This cover is 10x better than what they did to Keira Knightley last year. I'm still a little shocked by how strange she looked.

And p.s. Alexandra, Mario isn't the only photographer out there.
