US Elle November 2021 : The 'Women In Hollywood' Issue by Greg Williams

the last Elle editions I bought were the one with Claudia Schiffer (the mini version was the only I could find) and curiously, Angelina Jolie.
guess the story does repeat itself.

Only the Angelina's cover is working & it's a milles better than the other ones.

Why not get a woman to shoot these?

Not the worst set of covers I've came across but undoubtedly could've been better, and I detest how incoherent they are alongside one another - especially when only one photographer and stylist is involved. Angelina, Gemma, Salma and Gal are my faves out the bunch!

None of these covers are good, but they could have stopped with Angelina.
Three of these women I've never even heard of, and three others are completely irrelevant.
When magazines do these kinds of multiple covers, it just tells me they have no focus, and are scrambling to see what sticks.

Oh dear. YOU might not have heard of some of them but they are all actively working. Not one person on these covers is irrelevant.

With that said, Angelina's cover is the standout to me.

They got some of the most successful and future legends who also happen to be very glamorous women and ended up with a terrible Zoom like photoshoot. They should really be ashamed of this disaster!

These covers looks like they were taken by drones during quarantine. Reminds me to the worst days of recent times. This should have better production behind. Hire local photographers and teams for each cover. I know the pandemic isn't over, but try something great, not amateur.

Angelina's pic is looking like one of those postmortem photography people were practiced back to mid-to-late nineteenth century. Creepy.
