My favourite Billie Eilish moment on the cover of a fashion magazine, without a shadow of a doubt, and far superior than British Vogue's over-hyped makeover moment. Alique has done a truly wonderful job and I just love the stare from Billie and the colouring of the second cover. Perfection!
