I'm jumping on the Victoria Beckham band wagon. Best cover up there imho, everything is great about it.
I liked Kate Hudson on hers, but the text totally ruined it.

Most definitely Beckham's for me. It reminds me of those fierce covers with Supermodels in the 90s. And it looked so cool when i picked it up at the newstands, made Vogue look boring in comparison. But mostly because its an outdoor shot, and she is wearing Hussein Chalayan which you almost never see on the cover of American Elle.
