Norman as a photographer should be at US Vogue, he's absolutely brilliant.
I love his photos, there's so much depth and drama and you can tell he knows his stuff.
I would love to have him / Mert and Marcus / Steven Klein and Meisel.
All the other ''newbie'' photographers are worthless.

^^^ Norman deserves better than current era Vogue…Just look how soulless the Nicki shoot ended up as mandated by them.

A roster of just male talents— and older White male talents to boot, is an open invitation to be cancelled in 2024 LMFAO Let’s be realistic, and a tad conscientious, while supporting talent, Bertrando: Norman, Koto, Annemarieke, Alique and Luigi & Iango as resident talents for a men’s publication’s dream team. Newcomers like Luke Gilford, Jang Dun Hwa, Edwin Zhang that possess the technical skills to create cinematic moods and the creative narrative to tell a story with strong compositions would be on rotation to keep the content fresh and innovative. Both Kleins unfortunately, have had their best days behind them. They would be very welcomed— but only in small doses nowadays. I loathe nostalgia and never wish to invoke their past glories revamped the way that poor Linda is consistently dusted off, retouched and mangled to the high heavens in an attempt to resemble her glorious past like some Norma Desmond lost soul stuck in fashion purgatory, but usually ends up looking like the Elias Garcia Martinez fresco of Jesus after the grandmother’s “restoration” efforts. I would even invite Collier to shoot from time to time; she actually shoots men so much more superior than she does women. She likes her subjects to look rugged, unfussy and masculine: Perfect for shooting men, just not women LOL

There is new talent— but talent is on the bottommost of the requirements of whom gets a seat at the fashion table these days in the western regions of fashiondom. When looking at how Barry is so masterfully captured by Norman— in comparison to the offensively lack of skills that American GQ has opted for of him in their recent cover, fashion rags— especially American ones, deserve to burn to the ground.
