Male athletes have been a staple for US GQ covers for decades (made the magazine more 'manly' after all the homoeroticism of previous decades) unlike Anna's latest obsession of putting them on the cover of US Vogue.

Would love to see any of these fashion rags cast a female boxer and/or powerlifter on their cover. But that would require a skilled, experienced and highly talented team led by a photographer and AD to produce a worthy story— a trait the industry is very short on these days. Even Annie wouldn’t have the abilities and make the effort anymore to shoot such women, when once she shot female wrestlers that look as elegant as they did strong.
