US Harper's Bazaar April 2008 : Demi Moore by Peter Lindbergh

Could this possibly be the worst Bazaar cover in history? I think Demi fainted when she saw this cover.

^...........-_- Maybe she would previously see it just after shooting the cover.
There's one more worst cover I remember - Lindsay Lohan's July 2006 cover.

the cover is dull, but demi looks great. and i think the "fabulous at any age" issues are cool. it's great to see pics of older folks looking stylish.

Why is Demi Moore on the cover?! Do people even like her? I don't know if I'm in the minority but I find her positively annoying.

Who cares if she looks 'fabulous for her age'?! We've heard it ten million times and we don't need to hear it again!

Oh well, I hope the content is decent :)

.....and let's face it, a lot of her "looks" are enhanced by plastic surgery.

^^Well you dont know that for a fact, but regardless she is a beautiful woman and i cant stand all the irrational abuse famous women are getting these days. Its incredibly childish and sad how purposely negative some people are.

Dont like the cover but its hardly as bad as people try to make it be imo, seen way worse HB covers.

I agree. Why the sudden fascination with this woman?! I never could stand her :yuk: And why put her daughters in the issue? What have they done recently to deserve a spot in Bazaar??

Mine came in the mail today ^_^

HQ of the subscriber's cover:

Eds inside:
-Chic Easy Pieces, photographs by Tom Munro, model Masha Novoselova, 8 pages
-Spring's Hottest Looks, photographs by Camilla Akrans, model Behati Prinsloo, 10 pages
-Couture in Bloom, photographs by Karl Lagerfeld, model Doutzen Kroes, 10 pages
-John Galliano's New Year of Magical Thinking (article and photos), photographs by Peter Lindbergh, model Carmen Kass and Galliano, 8 pages
-Key Trends at Every Price, photographs by Greg Kadel, model Julia Stegner, 6 pages

I've never done one of these little magazine reviews before so let me know if I've missed something incredibly important :p I'm going to work on scanning throughout the day, if anyone else has gotten it, feel free to jump in!

Thank you for the review! :flower:
I definitely prefer the subscribers copy to the other one. She looks great in the Dolce dress. And I am looking forward to Behati's and Carmen's editorials! :woot:

^Thank you for the review. Interesting model casting, I must say...

Julia Stegner
it would be nice if you could scan that as one of the earlier ones

I love when Akrans uses Behati, so I am particularly excited to see that editorial.

Carmen and Galliano sounds great! I'm looking forward to Julia's too.

That subscriber's cover is in a different dimension to the newsstand one, she looks a lot more human - and for those who still don't like the sight of her, there's plenty else to look at in that shot. I don't even mind seeing one of those dresses for the nth time.
