Whoa, seriously? I get that they were going for movement, but this is outtake at best! And what is up with US magazines not even caring of re-using cover subjects? Even Wintour used to have a rule about her cover stars not appearing on any other cover for at least 4 months!!
Now they are just passing the cover stars each month, how boring!
I actually like the fact that she's not looking, but I'll agree that it would've been more effective with a direct stare. Overall it's not a bad shot. Looks a bit iconic in a way with all the black. As ludicrous as it may sound, I would prefer this shot to Vogue's.
Wow I thought this was Glamour US cover.
I don't mind that she is not looking at the camera. I still don't like the cover though, the styling is weird and it doesn't suit her.
This is shockingly awful. Just baffling. It looks like a parody magazine cover she's do on her show or something. I really enjoy her work but fashion magazines seem to be at a total loss as to how she should be styled and photographed. Wow. SO bad.
Because one anti-fashion starlet simply wasn't enough, ofcourse! Magazine editors seemingly grew weary of Jennifer Lawrence, so now we have a replacement. Only with more an extra dose of hypocrisy, and armed with the vocabulary of a brash fishwife. I find that these girls lack the intellectuality and wit of a Tina Fey or Amy Poehler, for instance. With Amy all I sense is ego.
