Who is the cover stylist of this magazine? There's this odd obsession with heavily detailed bust styling. It's always so busy - corsages, clips, harnesses, and now embroidery. From the top of my head Rita Ora, Sienna, Chloe Grace, Scarlett, and Priyanka all looked so overwrought due to the styling. And now this top or dress (with fragments of denim???) appears to be swallowing all of Gal Gadot. If you're going to insist on doing portrait style covers, then bear in mind that less is more.

Not the worst cover I've seen from American Marie Claire, but I do prefer Gal Gadot's recent cover of W, as opposed to this. Plus, from checking out some previews of Gal's cover feature online, it's quite obvious (once again) Marie Claire chose the wrong image for the cover.
