She is very cute Love the dark hair with the light eyes. My first thought was shock at how much she looks like Travolta's kids (which made me wonder about the L Ron Sperm Theory - and if you're bored by the theories, oh well, who says life and discussions must be interesting to you personally 100% of the time?) but she does look like Katie, I'm relieved to see. Agree on the body language in the photo. Yes, Tom, we get that Suri is ALL YOURS and no one elses. "This woman" is just an incidental hanger-on.

To the people who gave mean comments: no matter how much you hate Tom Cruise, don't insult the baby. The baby IS cute and does not deserve what you have said. Why can't you be a little nicer?
btw, when I was born I had thick hair already. by 3-4months old I had only more hair than that. It's nothing special.

haha I think I'm one of the few who said anything negative. I don't think any of us find the baby unattractive but I don't find anything wrong with questioning what the media is feeding us. This picture looks INCREDIBLY airbrushed to me. They even said they spent a lot time altering it. If that baby is theirs, and it is an entirely true to life photo, great! But I don't think it is and I'm saying the baby in the photo looks weird because I'm not sure how true this whole thing is. And just because it's on the cover of Vanity Fair doesn't make it true (not attacking you caffeine just saying in general)
