So nice to see someone different on the cover (I use the term loosely, but it's been a while since her last). My problem with it is this, if you're going to go cliche, GO for it. This is slightly held back. Put her in that gold embroidered, red circle skirt, Velazquez inspired dress from Dior couture and make her look like a Spanish painting...if you're not gonna do it well, don't do cliche at all.
Still, it has nice coloring to it, very vibrant and inviting.
The Daria ed is nice, also a nice use of color there. I feel like I've seen the Gemma ed before, the whole expensive clothes and jewels in an everyday cleaning situation.
I actually like the Doutzen editorial. It's warm and sensual, it has a great feeling to it despite it's being a plain old Vogue studio series.
I'm looking forward to seeing Penelope's editorial. Liebovitz usually does wonderful things in foreign locations with great scenery.
