I love Ke$ha, her music is fun and stupid. But yeah, this is just unnecessary. Although, if they were intending to represent mainstream America they certainly picked the perfect candidate.

Btw, Ke$ha is still around. She has a new album coming out soon and has been nominated for a bunch of stuff I think.
