V Magazine #57 Spring Preview 2009 : Grace Jones by Jean-Paul Goude

I got hold of V Magazine #57 and instead of making UHQ scans for all the editorials, I will only present UHQ teaser scans.

Hell's bellas looks like something i've seen before, kind of like Lisa Cant and Kim Noorda's Juicy Couture ads..it's the styling i think.. i love Grace, but i'm not feeling the cover too much..Lily's ed looks so, so too IMO..thanks kroqjock

^yea, that's how i feel about the cover..it's definitely strong (which is a good thing) and definitely grace jones (whom i love)..but i'm not sure if i'm feeling it..hopefully it'll grow on me

great cover! definitely a huge step up from the last one! i'm loving Lily's ed. about time we see that famous shoot on print. and i wanna see more Catherine McNeil and Abbey Lee! those Hells Bellas pictures are such teasers!

Wow, the cover is fantastic Finally a great cover because last year was so I love Goude photography, it's always great. I'm not sure about the hat

I like this cover really much because it reminds of the beginning of V magazine, when all the covers were incredible.

To answer the question, there are FOUR main editorials in this issue.

The first two were posted on page one: "Let There Be Light" and Hell's Bellas". The other two are:


--SIREN'S SONG by DAVID SIMS
This edit features photos of newbie female singers I've never heard of (of course). You'll probably be skipping this one.


--TRUE BLUE by WILL DAVIDSON
This editorial features Hyoni Kang, Petey Wright, Ariel Meredith, Alice Kastrup (with partial nudity), and Kendra Spears. It features a lot of denim, hence the name of the edit.
