I think polas should represent not only the model's appearance, but her personality as well. In Valeriya's case I see huge discrepancy. Of course I'm not a psychologist to understand how people should look if they like all that stuff Lera mentioned. But it's kind of annoying: she really looks like a rock-n-roll girl, but wait a minute... Beyonce? Rihanna? I feel like someone tries to trick me.
