a girlfriend of mine want to buy my chanel bag, I purchased in the Boutique exactly 2 yrs. ago. it was used 2 times. and had the box,all of the goodies.the bag is black leather, shoulder, but more of a cutch. It retailed for $545. what do you think I should let it go for?

It hasn't been used much and I dont think chanel bags loose much value. My guess is that around $400 - $450 would be resonable?

If I were you , i would take it to the Chanel boutique and ask them to value it...depending on the model of the bag and style...it may be a vintage after a couple of years and its more valuable then you think it is...is it a limited edition bag? Cruise collection...lots of factors impact the value of the bag..did you go thru lots of trouble buying it? was it bought in sale?

You can go on Ebay and look up closed auctions to get a fair market value of the bag.
