The first thing that came to mind was this picture of Gloria Swanson by Man Ray I know it is not a piece of clothing but it is so Vampiery. And Theda Bar, the silent film star who was the original vamp from the word vampire, is also a great example of Vampire style. I got the pics from her thread.
