Ugh, I find this adorable, can't resist .. a bit reminiscent of Isabel Marant around 2007, with some hints of Tsumori Chisato, but very very representative of Vanessa, I'm just head over heels over the pieces she's been delivering in the last two years. Really pretty stuff.

^ Totally agree! I actually love about two thirds of this collection: not quite as keen on the ditzy floral prints & patchworks in the final third, but this is excellent nonetheless. It feels so fresh, hip and youthful. The short skirts! It seems like there have been few cut so cleanly. Same with the nice narrow trousers. They look sleek without being skin-tight leggings like at Givenchy (different feel/ customer entirely, I realize).

Anyhow, this is great! Thanks for posting. :)

I feel like I've seen the same dress just in different cuts and colours...NOT one piece stands out...

the last looks are nice but the fabric in the 1st looks is horrible

This is so cute and gorgeous! It almost feels like the last few seasons she tried really hard to distance herself from the Marant aesthetic because the two kept being compared and she's now back to doing what she does best, quirky, feminine and beautiful 'Parisian chic,' which is more similar to what Marant used to do before she got Balmain-ized.

The 2nd dress in post #7 is amazingly pretty

This is so adorable, if I was a girl I'd wear every piece of it. I feel like any girl who wears this will be cool without looking like she tried too hard

nice collection, each piece looks perfect for mixing and matching with existing pieces in one's wardrobe. the shoes are great too

My feelings as well, the final third of the collection got really weird for me -- not only did the fabric patterns turn me off, but the pieces lost the beautiful shapes and cuts that rest of the collection has. Overall though a beautiful collection, very 60s/70s band girl looking with the little dresses and zip boots. Quite a few pieces in there I would love to own.

and again, this is what marant was once capable of doing. it's really too bad she's gone down the road she's chosen.

but i like what vanesssa has been doing very much. and this collection is very sweet...almost child-like. really enjoy the tops with the yarn tassel details.

I think this is the type of collection that any girl could wear and look great in.

This is too lovely. I really like the patchwork of different prints with that silver fabric. Thanks for posting MP. (still can't give you karma :judge:)
