Normally I feel like the only Vera fan around but this collection is just....bad. Not interesting, not inspiring, the lengths are awkward and unflattering and just feels like more of the same. Pass.

^And I am normally not a big fan of hers, but I really like her black outfits.
I like how she has been mixing materials in those outfits,
and I really like the use of that transparent pleated fabric. It makes the outfits more airy even though they are all black

I shouldn't like this, but somehow it's appealing. I think it's the hair and makeup that has me strangely attracted to it. On the other hand, it feels too light and airy to be a fall collection. But the layering is absolutely beautiful. Always love Vera.

What I like about Vera is the carefree, floaty - I guess you could say bridal - element of much of her apparel. I see that quality in this collection. But I agree with Meg in that I'm not too inspired... but there are still some lovely pieces here.

And then the black section is ..grr .. makes me almost feel lustful.

On another note .. that pleated material (organza?) .. its kinda unexpected how she used it. I approve!

i love this collection. it seems so unexpected and the light and airy feel it has that most fall collections don't is just genius. I'm sick of boring and this to me is dark and a surprise; it definitely has that "black swan" feel to it as well which is definitely on trend at the moment.

there's nothing wrong with this collection, but it's clear that this doesn't represent vera's best. with her new line, it's clear her attentions would be, at best, divided, and this lackluster presentation shows signs of that.

You know how much do I appreciate it

I love everything in three first posts, not too keen on the evening part though. It's all about sheer pleating, done in different colours and cuttings. Was it for the lack of tulle and sequins, but I'm not really amazed this time.

However, the first half it's just deliciously gorgeous with all the black and fur accents. Wonderful entrance, I'm so in love with those feather-like punky fur collars.
