i agree with softgrey - it looks well made & well cut. No its not pushing the boundaries of menswear but its wearable & stylish. I think the fact that she has used a slightly older man to model these clothes is a hint at who she is designing for....stylish men who don't want to look like every chav on the street but who isn't a rebel anymore (if that makes sense)..... a bit like the Margaret Howell customer I think. I think the beauty of it is that you could see a sevety year old man or a twenty year old man both looking good in these clothes.

All that said, I think veronique's heart lies with womenswear.

good points.

prices for Branquinho clothes are quite high indeed, 250$ and up for a shirt 1500$ and up for a jacket are no exceptions. Except for one or two things that I consider "must have's" I usually buy her clothes in sale or stocksales, still expensive but affordable. Worth the money though. Said it before, the detailing and precise cutting of her clothes is amazing. If you buy branquinho it is quality. Some of my favorite clothes are Branquinho. I love her "Lost soul" S/S collection from this year!

I like the looks, but the clothes them selves always seem o simple and basic.
