phenomenal is definetely the best word to describe all those pics

Man, that was Playboy! Wow. The shot with the rocks is one of my favorite of her.

Oh wow, that Playboy editorial is gorgeous. I have to admit I'm quite tempted to take a trip tomorrow to this used bookstore that just has hundreds of vintage Playboys and look for that issue.

Blow-Up

To better understand the provenance of these photos please read the text of the second photo.
There is also more to the booklet with production stills and photos of other models of the 60's in the film including Peggy Moffitt and Jane Birkin.
I have seen the film a few times but always found it to be rather slow (having high expectations).
:heart:It only picks up for me when Veruschka glides in.

I have read that she had only the one line to speak, "Here I am". But I distinctly remember her at a "swinging party" in London where she bumps into the hip photographer Thomas (David Hemmings) who says to her, "I thought you were in Paris!" She cooly replies.... "I am."

Favoloso!

Thanks a lot for the pics, everyone!

It's no secret I adore Dick Avedon's work (who doesn't) - the last shot of Jean Shrimpton you posted, Dioramour, is so adorable too ...
