That leather (?) jacket in look 5 is pretty abysmal. What even is the cut of it? Those lapels? Very student-esque.

There's so much going on this collection and yet it also says so little. It's not the worst, or her worst, but it's just kind there and not very well considered. See some Peter Do, Acne, Ami, bit of Loewe. If she wants to keep at it, she needs to follow her own musings: spice up your life, Viccy. Spice up. Your life.

This looks exactly how you would expect a collection to look when the person in charge is trying not to produce complete rip-offs (at the risk of being called out like before) but is incapable of any original thought whatsoever. What you get remains a copy but is now doubly laughable because of the pathetic attempt at disguising that fact.

The heart shaped bodice and heart motifs seem like a big trend this season…I’m reminded of Camilla Nickerson talking about the butterfly as THE seasonal statement at the time she first joined Vogue. I hate both.

It does goes all over the place but it’s good. Let’s see if a new city and having Lucien Pages behind her will help her.
I don’t follow her brand lately but I believed she was repositioning it in terms of price point. If it’s stocked at the right place, at the right price, it can finally be the success she wants. The long dresses and soft tailoring are good…The latex stuff and the Alaia-esque silhouettes at the end lost me.
