Yeah, it's so beautiful. I just wish I knew when the picture was taken. All I can figure out is that it must be NYC in the background. But as to when this was taken, I don't know. She is so .... I can't even think of an adequate word for how lovely she is in this photo. her body is so complimented. Her hair and face so pretty. I always have liked her looks. Her angular features, pointed chin, her smile, stature.... she just radiates elegance to me. I know I must be in the minority by saying this, but still, I believe Victoria is one of the loveliest royal women alive, second only to Charlotte Casiraghi, but not even second to Princess Mary, whom I know to be so generally adored. B) And Victoria, to me, beholds more elegance than her own sister as well. Madeleine is cute, and yes very pretty. But Victoria is just fine.
