^ Thanks for the ids - much appreciated. But I feel 99% certain that is Cecilia Chancellor & Lyndsey Parker in respective posts.
Cecilia is a bit of a chameleon & she did do that whole waif thing in the early 1990s - if I remember correctly - but I could be wrong... maybe?!.
