Candice was the fit model at the time. Someone told me that Vlada's agency forced her to attend the VS castings and she didn't want to. Hard to believe.

I’m sorry. But, I thought models only got to try on the outfits during fittings which were usually pretty close to the actual show? And in the castings they usually wore black underwear? Maybe she backed out after the fitting?

I heard some girls, I think one was Daria W. rejected an invitation to be in the show or be an angel at some point in her career. And Ana Beatriz who’ve done many shows for VS also rejected an invitation to be an angel because she was given another option and picked that one instead. I can’t recall the brand.

Yes, that can be possible too! I don't know much about Ana but Daria also got the Lancome contract offer at the same time and she went with that. The angel contract also brings some kind of mainstream exposure and Daria didn't seem the kind who would want to be recognized on the street. I think Isabeli and Oluchi Onweagba rejected the offers as well.
