this thread made me dislike Vlada

It's more off-putting to witness this kind of 'forum police' kind of attitude than either - a fans natural enthusiasm for his / her model of choice (we Vlada fans get enough hassle merely for our tendancy to swoon in a puddle of poetic garble at the sight of her, or run mad with cuteness); or reposts of pictures just because it's futile trying to prevant the behaviours you're frowning upon or trying to modify here.

Do you expect posters (some of which like myself, are brand new to this forums) to trawl through the entire the hundreds of pages of this thread with a fine-toothed comb, mentally recording which images have been posted or not? It is an extreme example, I know, but it makes my point that it's quite impossible to ensure threads display pictures in immaculate order, therefore if you witness reposts, is it really just too much to ask to just retain your annoyance, chill out and enjoy them for what they are, and be thankful images are being posted at all?

I understand your feelings, Marcel, but in recent days, the only time you seem to reply to Vlada's thread your attitude is so negative; and it's unfair of you to order which pictures get shown when this is Vlada's picture thread, and really - we can post whichever pictures of her we like within reason. It isn't like we're reposting like crazy. You should not allow your perception towards Vlada be altered by her fans.

For some of us it is an important news to know, where we can find new pictures of Vlada, even if they are from the past.

But seriously: i'm very disappointed to see, that there is no understanding between two groups of tFS users. Why is it so difficult to see, that we have different wishes to this thread.

There is one group who wants to read the lastest news and to see only the newest pictures of Vlada. They don't like to see older pictures. I can understand that and i think its ok.

There is unother group - which i am belonging too -, who also like to talk about old shows and things concerning Vlada's history as a model. We like to post older pictures and talk about them too.

Soo - what can we do to solve the problem with this different interests?
This is a free forum and as long as we don't hurt the rules we can post whatever we want - of course not to many reposts, thats against the rules too and thats ok.

But i can see, that others dislike specially older pictures very much. I don't have a solution for this problem. It would be very hard for me, not to post and talk about older pictures i found and like very very much. Thats such a pleasure for me. But i dont want be boaring for other tFS-members. If they are very angry - and i think thats what some of you are - thats not what i intend.

Maybe we could transfer the discussion about older Vlada-pictures and so on to the Vladafan-forum and only discuss the real news here. We could post a link or a hint to the other forum here from time to time but did not need to post or even repost older pics to often?

What do the other tFS-members think about this problem of different interests?
Are there different solutions?

Please lets try to be friendly to each other, thats the best way specially in this wonderful fashion forum.

Well anyway, I think we all just should accept that there are different kinds of fans, we like Vlada differently. I accept all of her fans but I understand those too who don't like the comments next to the pictures. I just find them cute, and it's nice to see that you can support a girl so much. But I do dislike the negative comments...

SuperFashion I think we should be allowed to post really old pictures and enw pictures its not a problem for me.

Of course we are allowed. But if many tFS members dislike that a lot, perhaps we could avoid to do this to often.

i think there are some ppl who take the whole thing a tiny bit too seroius, i mean whats the prob to post some cute pics who have been posted 300 pages before as long as theres no excessive reposting goin on do u really expect the fans to post only during fashion weeks or if there r new ads or eds i mean that would be the only way to make sure that u really dont repost
