Was he raised in the US?

He definitely was born in Russia but you can tell by his REAL accent (which is more American than Russian) that he has probably been living in USA for a long time and since a young age.

I wish he would have done more shows in NY ! But looks like it's all about new faces this year

He was actually born in Kyrgyzstan but moved to Sacramento, California pretty early.

I know what you all mean, I didn't know about this fact either when I started to like him. When I decided to look up for a model talk, I was expecting broken english and a strong russian accent - and was more than surprised to hear perfect American English
