Do these girls actually walk and work in Australia, or do they put them on the cover to say they're being inclusive?
Like that girl from Bottega, Tarlisa Gaykamangu, they made a big deal about her being a First Nation and got a vogue cover, but what came of her career after that?

Group portrait covers can be tricky business but this works. Darren McDonald done a great job at profiling the girls, who all look beautiful here. The whole shoot feels very considered and effort appears to have been made, so I'm very appreciative of that.

AGAIN genetically-visually-good looking models who don't model for the camera.
The shoot works but ONLY because of the photographer's talent here and this awesome styling.

Just picked up this issue and surprisingly Australian Vogue is actually good! The first issue (by cover) I've been interested in since the Hanan Ibrahim issue, the redesign has done wonders for this Vogue. It feels fresh with a distinctly Australian POV, even if the photography and overall content is sometimes juvenile and lacking that 'Vogue Standard' of days bygone.

I'm not sure if this is just the perfect one-off or the new way forward for Australian Vogue, but it feels almost worth the $12 (nzd) I spent on this issue.
