You go, Rita! Sis is apparently doing amazing, but this cover is not. What were they doing with that angle? Her entire body looks distorted and weirdly short. The styling is just so... on brand, I guess. I do like the layout and the font so there's that.

It’s been know what happened with Rita Ora and Jay Z and that’s part of the reason most of the people thinks she’s flopping or something like that. Unfortunatelly, after that legal battle most of the industry gave her the back, no matter how much good music she releases or how right she was at that time.

I have nothing against her but VA lost its appeal to me, all their covers are just meh or plain bad.

She can look better than that...i always hate that model pose.I think she is famous enough...the styling is ok.i like the cover art direction. But yes even when she is not doing something specific her team manage to keep her on the public eye for example Met Gala or the Vma's.

I think what annoys some people (myself included) about Rita is that unlike many stars who kind of come out when they have things to promote and then go back to living their life until the next project, she always seems to be foisted on us for no reason, as though the career goal is just to stay in the limelight, rather than create something. And for over a decade! Her opportunities/exposure seem to outweigh her accomplishments. A Vogue cover because she’s a co-host on a knock-off reality show? MET Gala appearances because....? That may not be accurate, I know she’s had some hits but literally the only song of hers that comes to mind at the moment was the one she did with Iggy Azalea. I don’t know enough about her to say this for certain, but she’s always felt more like an industry “product” and a PR concoction rather than a genuine artist or even a person with a personality. That may be totally unfair to her, I don’t know, but for someone so often given a spotlight, why do so many people know who she is but almost nothing about her? Maybe I’m out of the loop?


That said, I think she’s very beautiful but this shoot is terribly unflattering.

Edwina was likely trying to do Jillian a favor. I’d never admit to having styled this mess.
