Vogue France April 2024 : Sophie Marceau by Quentin De Briey

How strange I started to liking more Vogue France than Italia, but then I read the caption of Bella + Lila stories which are reprinted to death (even I like both eds).

It's French Vogue but they made her look like an emu bird with that styling.

Interesting that they mentioned 3 HOC instead of only Eugénie....

The first time I like the cover of Vogue France.

Sophie Marceau is iconic for french people.
She will always remain ''huge'' for us.
She's the Catherine Deneuve of our generation for french people who are 30-40 now.
She's done countless movies.
Her appearances / interviews / quotes are always talked about.
Here she looks so cute, the hair, the smile, the pose = it's cute.
I even don't question the styling that much.
Is it Vogue though? NO.
It looks very ''Elle'' or ''L'Officiel'' for me.
I'm intrigued to see the editorial now

Interesting that they mentioned 3 HOC instead of only Eugénie....

i wonder if the other two worked on this while she was on maternity leave

either way, that's odd

and is sophie supposed to be pregnant? if not, this is an unflattering shape although neck up is light and fun

Cute, passable, but will any of the Vogue editions treat us with a cover that ticks all the boxes?
Something that will wow you and make you buy it as soon as it's out? The last time I felt that way was when Margot's pink US Vogue cover came out last summer. Or when Lila Moss for UK Vogue appeared back in 2022.

Sophie est une femme très charmante, mais ces photos cela, pas beaucoup. Ce n'est pas difficile de prende des belles photos de cette belle femme.

Vogue should close… The state of this magazine is next level sad. Ten years ago I could’ve never imagine this would been Vogue’s future.

Is there anybody that would spend money on this magazine?

How sad, I shouldn’t browse the magazine part of this forum.

It all started with the 100000 versions of Vogue. Even Vatican, Monaco and San Marino had their own version. What for?

They should’ve closed some editions to maintain the prestige. Now you have Vogue “France” and Italy run like if they were Cosmopolitan. I can’t even.

Just thinking of Vogue Paris in the 2000s make me really sad.

It’s just so heartbreaking to witness fashion these days. It’s destroyed. It’s exhausted. It’s all about money.
