Vogue Germany September 2016 : Frederikke Sofie by Patrick Demarchelier

I like the styling, specially the hair. I wish her expression was better, her mouth seems a bit stiff (or perhaps it´s bad photoshop?) but I really like the cover and I´m happy for Frederikke :)

I wish that this magazine loved orange just a little bit less.

I like the combination of youthful beauty and undone hair with the formal dress and sombre colours.

I love it when Patrick Demarchelier photographs for Vogue Germany, since he always delivers (Anna Ewers and Julia Bergshoeff's recent covers immediately spring to mind). This is the best September cover I've seen, thus far! It's just lovely..

The main editorial became too repetitive too fast. The clothes look sloppy, and the poses were all the same. Catalogue rather than a high fashion editorial. The 8th photo would have made a more powerful cover though.

Thanks so much for posting, Aizanara! ;)

Luigi & Iango and Summerton have the best features so far! A cover extracted from one of these shoots would've been very interesting, I think. Odette Pavlova is really mesmerizing in print, and it's nice to see a different side to Greta Varlese as well.
The weakest editorial is Claudia Knoepfel's 'Remix'. What's happening with the amateur lighting and angles? Maybe she should do more work with Stefan as opposed to on her own.
And the cover feature fails to interest me mainly due to Sarajane's direction. Looks like a filler story at best. It's always the same with her for Vogue Germany, in a studio, shot by Demarchelier. Mix it up!

My god Odette is so stunning! That last picture is mesmerizing!!! Luigi & Iango are really obsessed with her right now.

And I like the Demarchelier ed and cover but that's mainly because I like Frederikke so much. As others have already said the editorial is very repetitive. I expected more from Demarchelier.

Thanks for posting!

Possibly one of the worst Sept issues they have published!! Flipping through the issue, there is nothing that impressed me, it looks stale, and dated even! Sept issues leaving me cold, this year!

greta and roos have some nice shots in their editorials but...weak one

Simply couldn't resist getting a copy this while on my travels last week, purely just for the cover alone!

The content.. I've certainly seen better from Vogue Germany, I must admit.
