Two of my absolute favorites from back then: Delfine and Eugenia.. both were so elegant, kind of mysterious and with strong features.. loved that. I wanted this issue but couldn't find it then and now that I look at it, looks like I didn't miss on much.. I remember they used to do a lot of sepia/warm b&w stories at the time, because it felt sane when the insufferable work by David Lachapelle (or Terry) triumphed everywhere, some were not so bad, but many really failed to immortalize properly some of the incredible fashion produced at the time.. you'd see some of these Balenciaga, Helmut Lang, Lacroix pieces all blurred as if they had captured them through the reflection of two dirty mirrors.. and it's a shame because when stories were vibrant and prioritized on texture, one can see how remarkable some of these collections actually were.
I remember seeing that model in How Lovely.. in the picture of some party.. ah, who is she, I want to know now lol..
