Vogue Italia December 2011 : Karlie Kloss by Steven Meisel

Karlie's bum, abs, muscles and breasts look photoshopped beyond belief, particularly the second picture.

Meisel's editorial with Karlie could have been and should have been edited down. I still find the nudes to be really unnecessary, with the exception of the one with the sombrero hat. The black & white shots with Karlie leaping are so much stronger.

In a sense, I feel as though VI and Meisel knew they were going to get themselves into a bit of controversy with some of the photos. There is no way I would believe they actually think the first photo of Karlie is flattering with the way her waist and hips are contorted and with her back bones slightly protruding in another. But I'm ready to move on and see what else this issue has to offer.

Styling wise, it is rather weak and quite forgettable.
