Wow, Karlie has really been showing her versatility lately. I'm pretty impressed.

I love this new direction Karlie is going in.

I feel like she is pushing herself into that more grown-up territory and quite frankly she deserves another cover, was just thinking about it recently. The bow is a little UK Vogue-ish but it adds a kitsch touch to the photo. Lovely.

That cover reminds me bit of Gemma's Vogue Paris cover and for me it looks more like VP cover under Carine than VI. But I love that you never know what to except from Vogue Italia, though I knew we would see studio shot after 3 non-studio covers/editorials.

I don't dislike it, it's quite good cover. I didn't like Karlie from the beginning, almost hated her, I don't hate her now but far from liking very much. She is "working" on the cover, that's fact.

^there´s a little photoshop, they added a shadow to enhance her butt and maybe arms... I don´t follow her so I don´t know if she´s this toned but overall I think it´s her body.

it's an ok cover but underwhelming, i appreciate the unpredictable model choice though..
if i wouldn't know this is VI i would never thought it was shot by Meisel, it looks more like a Testino cover

and since when Karlie has muscles? it isn't believable!

I think it's a nice cover but everything's a bit awkward, but only very slightly. Her expression is a bit awkward, her pose is a bit awkward, etc. So overall, it doesn't quite work imo.

Such a great body though. And I like the present wrapping I'm sure there's a special actor who would love to have Miss Kloss delivered at his door wrapped like that.

^Because she is! I know, I know, Gisele is Gisele and she can't be replaced, which is not what I am implying at all. But as far as model qualities, personality, star quality, charisma and beauty goes, Karlie is well on her way in becoming what Gisele was at the beginning of this century. for me Karlie is no gisele but why would a photographer would do a Gisele type photoshoot with Gisele when she already did so many photos like that...but i keep staring at the cover (wish i love) and i keep thinking why not Karmen?

Carmen, Gisele or Carolyn on this cover would have been so boring, and something we've seen a million times before. Just because they have done this kind of shoot doesn't mean they need to be the ones to do it every single time ...

I mean lol... Karlie is no Gisele, that is all and with a non realistic body figure on the cover and that much photoshop, I'm not convinced that Karlie pulled it off.

Not that Vogue Italia's coverlines are ever supposed to make sense, but the sight of a twee bow designed over a shot entitled 'extra strength' just makes me think it's selling toilet paper or personal hygiene products, rather than the awesome power of woman.
