i can understand why you wouldn't like the styling but hating the model just because she's a VS model is just...lol.
i love this cover! very fresh and exciting. candice is such a gorgeous girl, love the hair and makeup, but the styling is not my cup of tea, but it works here (i love those bracelets and the jacket). the image just goes so well with the text on the cover! i expect a great, old-school meisel ed...

I don't like the cover, but I don't think that is the worst I've ever seen. What bothers me the most is the hair and a point is near her mouth that I don't know if is a mole, a wart or more jewelry.
Anyway, I'm very happy for Candice.

I don't understand why people are still complaining about the comments against the VS models, when in reality they are just a few. In 144 comments I think I've seen less than 10 who say something against Candice or VS, for me that is a great statistic.

Some people like the styling and others don't, as in most of the covers. But most of the comments say something favorable about the model, so I think she needs no defense. In fact I believe that other models have more negative and cruel comments and there is no scandal.

Some people believe there is a conspiracy against VS, that the rest of the world hates VS and the VS models, but it's not real. Of course there are people who can hate them, the same way there are people who hate Lara Stone or Freja or Karlie or Sasha or Arizona or any other model.

I don't like this one bit. I don't like Candice, and NOT because of the VS hate, there are VS models that I love, but not her. Sure the ones who are at fault here is the photographer, stylist, etc., but IMO Candice's looks pretty much complete this image. Maybe her commercial look is exactly what Steven was looking for to put up an "ironic" cover, and maybe it works well for them, but to me there's nothing good about this cover, however "ironic" it is.

for some reason, they remind me a lot of Meisel's black & white photos of Madonna...
They have this iconic feel that only Meisel can create!

her ed looks good to me but it's nothing special/exciting, in the photo wear she is bitting the trench coat she looks like kate hudson.
