This cover is amazing! First time this year that a Vogue Italia cover wows me. Love everything about it!

Wow! Now that's how you do a Vogue cover! It seems to me that Vogue Italia is often at it's best when they do moody covers, they usually end up being quite striking.

I have no words for this, best Vogue cover this year.
Its so edgy and haunting. The way they are positioned almost reminds me a horror movie.
This is impressive and its why I still beleive in Meisel. He can do a lot...he just cant do it every month but this is impressive, im spechless.

Finally, Meisel at his best. The movement, the contrasting gothic vs youth references, the casting...

And to think this is only the July cover. Makes me kind of jump out of my seat at the thought of what could come up in September.

Well anything had to be better than June's cover. VI foldout covers tend to turnout good. Although it isn't exactly to my taste, I can't help but be intrigued, Meisel is truly back in full swing here and brings edginess back to VI. It's haunting for sure, I think I can also see Juliane Gruner!? She was also on last years July cover too. Credit goes to the whole team though and now I'm looking forward to seeing the main editorial.

As for Katy Perry, her eyes are out of this world and I'm happy to see her. I can't bring myself to like her editorial though, no matter how well it's been executed simply because of the fact it looks like she is the impersonation or resembles the appearance of Lady Gaga who I can't almost stand now. What's the point really? Whether it was Katy's idea or not, I just wanted to see something more colorful and like herself.
