Vogue Italia October 1987-2 : Nathalie Gabrielli by Hiro

I am loving the editorials in this issue!! So beautiful!!

I especially love the one of Tatjana Patiz by Peter Lindbergh.
How amazing of a photographer was he?!

What a gem this is .. my heart skipped a beat when I started scrolling down that story with the covered furniture, then I read who shot it, Deborah Turbeville of course.. there will never be another one like her because.. right talent at the right time.

These Armani pieces are so gorgeous..

Thanks justaguy!
Welcome, MulletProof! Hopefully with all the VI issues I was able to pull recently, there will be a lot more of her work to come!

^You're very welcome, i think the photographer of that campaign of Blumarine is Albert Watson because i saw some ads on this account on Instagram.

Yes, I saw a lot from Watson, but sadly, couldn't confirm it with this campaign.

Hey Just A Guy-

Just curious why you left out the great story with Mr Valentino and his homage to Ferdinand Botero-shot by Michel Comte? Are you opposed to posting Plus Size models for some reason? Especially considering the celebration of Boteros 90th birthday is upcoming-I think it would be great for your followers to see as well as the fact that this story was a trailblazer and far ahead of it's time for Plus Size models! I think there are a lot of curvy girls/plus sizes/those who love fashion history-who would love to see the story. A little trivia on this story--the nude was made into a 4×5 meter billboard in Paris! Thanks for taking the time to review my comment

Oh I missed that. Would have loved to see it.

Don't you mean Rachel Hunter?

BTW thanks for posting all these vintage Italian Vogues

That definitely looks like Rachel Hunter. I never knew she used to do HF, but she does look amazing doing it.

Here's the only copy I have of the homage to Botero that Valentino did shot by Michel Comte in this issue that I appeared in..Lost my only copy in a flood in my storage...Would be great if someone would be kind enough to post the spread...Seems like it's the only one that was not posted in this thread from the issue..Not sure if it's just an oversight or bias for plus sizes...Anyhoo-heres one of the 2 pics of me..the other is a nude

Screenshot_20220417-191008_Chrome.jpgThis is the Botero painting that was the inspiration for this pic...The sitting g nude was the inspiration for the missing nude shot. Michel Comte wanted me to have my *** facing the camera as in the painting...and I was so nervous..as it was my first major job as a model-and being insecure about my body-I just couldnt do it so we compromized on this shot..I #modeledup on the sitting nude and posed in all my juicy glory...
