Agreed. I used to find them tacky for the longest time, but I must admit they've become more sophisticated. Unfortunately, they haven't gained popularity within the relevant clique, so they won't be replacing Green or Pavarotti.

At this present moment in time, it's just a relief there's an editor and a magazine still out there that has the brilliance to commission Luigi & Iango for cover shoots. Mariacarla Boscono's never been a firm fave of mine but I'm a fan of these three covers to no end. The colouring is gorgeous, and I love how coherent the three covers are alongside one another.

I really like this covershoot personally, the styling is chic, she looks good, great hair and makeup.
She might have looked more alert but this might be the mood or faces they went with.
The photography is nice, the angles are interesting, it's calm and serene.
She looks tall, healthy, stylish and she's a famous international top model = I'm here for this !

God no!!
I cannot stand the Meisel-wannabe duo of L&I, their work ends up looking like CGI. It may be 'impactful' but it is the same overly retouched robotic faces. We might as well start using AI for this.

The best shot is the one with the shadow over her head...Even if it's sponsored by Prada, the stylist didn't do nothing to make it special...that super big gold heart looks like a xmas ornament...they have better looking jewelry...

When teams rely only the subject and clothes without a clear story/concept,the outcome is flat like this...

OMG - now the only thing i can see is her strange neck on the Cover. it's so weird.
It's one of the weakest stories ever MC was in.... but still better than most fashion editorials out there now.
The Balenciaga story is good - if you erase that megalomanical cover line

As usual, will refrain from judging the issue until having seen it in its entirety: art direction; layout; story flow; feature stories etc etc But my god— a 1-minute efforts of digitals on any given model agency’s site is better than this pathetic attempt at an advertorial for Chanel Jewelry. …Then again, that actual Chanel campaign with its awful, amateur styling/modelling is on the subpar level as this effort.
