Vogue México & Latin America May 2016 : Taylor Hill by Terry Tsiolis

I like the second one it's a beautiful portrait but the rest is so lifeless! And the styling is so boring.

I can't believe this is Vogue Mexico

I love those covers

Again, with the multiple covers. Why? They're all mediocre anyway. The middle one is the least bad one.

Also, I don't get her.

I don´t get the need to make a fold out cover when the images show no correlation... I like the styling and color scheme of the main cover but her expression is just bland/not there imo.

Especially liking the 2nd & 3rd covers.

Mad about the first cover, especially the dress! This edition definitely improved their covers over the past few months. The third cover is ruined by her pose, too try-hard.

Is this Taylor's first Vogue cover? Not a fan of her at all, but she looks ok here.

I'm all for bushy eyebrows but in that second picture she straight up looks like a creature from LOTR. Love the one in the white dress though.

Taylor is also on Vogue Espana this month, with the new Victoria's Secret angels.
I like the 2nd the most. The first could have been great but her expression kinda ruin it in my opinion...

The second shot should have been the sole cover. The others are borderline boring and catalogue.

The layout... Vogue Australia 2009?

The second cover is the best for me. Reminds me one of her editorial by David Sims. The first and the third ones are too lifeless and bland. Taylor looks asleep.
How many times are they going to give that "iconos de hoy" cover line? I feel like they are doing that every month...
It's not crowded with text which is a good thing. The colors are nice.

I wish Victoria's Secret would stop forcing their models down our throats all the time. Not all of them can do everything, some are good just for the commercial part. Know what you're good at and stick to it.

I strongly dislike Taylor so it really sucks that she's everywhere now. How some girls are catapulted into the spotlight is beyond me.

Vogue Paris knock-offs. That first cover is hideous. Awful posing and expression.

I quite like the 3rd too
The coat is great shaping,
The expression, soft dress together etc more contrast and fashion vibe than the other two imo

Agreed, all 3 for me are catalogue madness for me, yes she is pretty and yes she wears pretty clothes and yes the retouching is nice: is it fashion though? is it Vogue? NO. Next !

Why isn't she good for Vogue? Just because her type of beauty is related to "sexy" for a brand doesn't mean other artists can't see beyond that stereotype. Aesthetic elitism is a big problem nowadays: discriminating a model for being "too pretty" or working for some specific brand goes hand to hand with ethnic and age discrimination. It's ok to express not sharing an aesthetic preference, but please don't continue pigeonholing VS models just because you hate the brand... 2010 was over a long time ago.
