Even the drop shadow, text placement. Pathetic.

Don't like either cover and the font is the least of what's wrong. The first one looks dark, gloomy, depressing and unflattering. Second one looks like a random street couple trying to recreate a corny romance novel cover. Everything is just too tacky and kitschy for words. Maybe at the core, Dutch editors just don't have any taste.

I have a soft spot for Georgina Verbaan and I think the picture itself is beautiful, not too sure how it works for a cover though. And the less said about the font, the better!
