My feeling much of the time with Vogue Philippines is that they almost get there with something great but can't quite reach it. It's often on the verge of sophistication, but comes up a bit short. So much potential with this brand in Asia, though. It helps that they are licensed and not owned by Condé Nast, or it'd probably be worse.
