That pose requires a head tilting upwards. Instead of basking in the sun, she seems like she's scared of it. This looks like an outtake.

And what's that font? Impact? Are we back to 2002?

I prefer the second cover but with a more stronger expression. Carlijn Jacobs' women are always hyper, in control, and very sexual. Maybe the editorial will reflect that.
The first one would be ok without those glasses (which looks like they're from TK Maxx.) Anyway, happy to see Stella. Not a face we see on Vogue covers often.
