Vogue Turkey February 2021 : Simona Kust by Marcin Kempski

Mango Catalog at best

A bit underwhelming. Turkish Bazaar did a much better February cover with Josephine Skriver.

What is she wearing? I'm pretty sure that I could find that yellow wrap thing in my father's garage. A little wire as well, and the material of that black dress looks cheap enough to be found there as well... how is all this considered high fashion?

It’s Prada and of all the horrible looks from that collection, this wrap thing is the most horrible and yet seems to be very popular among fashion editors (The latest Numero also featured it).

What bothers me the most is the lack of energy. The model mistakes nonchalance with lethargy. This is the epitome of “Come on, Girl! Give us nothing!”

of course she’s wearing Prada. that’s why she looks so bored.

honestly, who looks at this shot and says ‘ WOW she looks great, this HAS to be the cover’. WHO? I...

Ugh I'm already allergic to those Prada looks and it's only January ... a real non-event of a cover. Shame, I really loved the last one with Anna de Rijk, I even had it imported by my parents in law haha.

Looks like it's knocking off Vogue Italia's August 2013 "perfect pieces" editorial by Steven Meisel

She could smile :/ the picture does not give me HOPE message of SS2021. She looks bored and down. I need ton sur ton pinks, fuschia and pistachio green colours on the cover.
