He's Ukrainian-born, lead singer of an American band Gogol Bordelo. The comments about him being featured too much on the cover are somewhat bizarre since he's the main attraction.

This cover is great, it is definitely unique and attention getting.

He was also AMAZING in the film Everything is Illuminated (which I highly recommend)
I think it's cool and unexpected that he's on the cover...

and maybe the "bracelet" is actually worry beads?
Their kind of a chic accessory for men in certain parts of Europe... need to get a close look though.

Way too focus for him.

Personally, this issue didn't impress me, but i am not disappointed as well. It is just ok.
